Building Biology & Health Coaching Services

Optimal Living Services Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Jackie Brauer.  I am a Certified Building Biologist and Health Coach.  I started on the journey of improving health when my eldest child was still a baby.  She had severe eczema and I wanted to learn what was going on as I wasn't getting anywhere with the information provided by the GP I was seeing at the time.    This started me on the journey to become a Health Coach and then a Building Biologist.

I am located on the Central Coast of NSW and can help clients between Newcastle and Sydney.  However if you are located elsewhere in NSW and having trouble getting the services you need in your area send me a message as we are avid campers and might have a tripped planned in your neck of the woods in the near future.

I am a member of the Australian Society of Building Biologists.
